89-78 LOSS. A big hole t half time.
Falzon started and had a career day on offense. A very efficient 24 points on just 12 shots..............Kelly and Marfo had good games.
But, once again, the turnovers gave Monmouth 9 more shots, and 34 points off turn overs.......end of story.

A D1 coach that I knew well enough that I could ask questions concerning strategy, told me something that may apply to the Bobcats.......You have always heard that is performance in February that really counts going into post-season.
This coach's teams always performed well in Dec-Jan, but sank in Feb-Mar.......after a few years, he received advice from a mentor that, you must keep adding new offensive play as the season progresses..............most good coaches will find ways to take away certain plays the second time around in conference play. The same for finding new ways to attack defenses. .....After four years, he figured out the need to change thru out the season. Fifteen years later, he had led two high level D1 schools to multiple NCAA tournaments.
