So far 3 players have left. Blunt, King, and McGuire. I have seen offers out to several forwards. Williams and Lewis will be coming off of injuries. Playing time is certainly available.
Quinnipiac Men's Basketball Roster:
Dezi Jones Tymu Chenery Matt Balanc Savion Lewis Luis Kortright JJ Riggins Brody Limric Tyrese Williams (assuming he exercises his COVID year as he wasn't honored on Senior Day)
Baker Dunleavy has to find some frontcourt depth in the portal.

I was thinking the same on the forecourt. His SF, 2G, PG are set. Dez really improved as the season went on. So hard for a freshman to step into the role he had. I think I counted on VERBAL COMMITS that thirteen scholarship players have left the team in the last five years. Hopefully that changes.
I must admit, that I am disappointed with where the program is.....We have not had sustained success for decades. That in itself makes recruiting more difficult. Academically, the school requires more. I am looking forward to the day, when we see some 3* and 4* recruits signed.

Brody Limric has entered the portal as well. With the players we have had, the team has consistently been around 500. We need an infuse of talent. Even when we had Kelly and Marfo we weren't great. I'm not upset that these players are leaving. It's whats needed.

As of 4/9 on Verbal Commits, Brendan McGuire is transferring to Sacred Heart. I'm confused. As of today no one has signed to play for the Bobcats. Our most recent offer was to a JUCO SF. Curious, he is 6-6, but weighs 158 lbs. WE HAVE NO ONE OVER 6-6, AND only ONE PLAYER WEIGHING OVER 200. Are we going for the shortest team in D1 ?..... ?

To follow up, Nweke scored 16ppg last year and grabbed 6 rpg. He only played 10 games after sustaining an injury. He had been highly recruited after announcing his entry into the portal.....good get.

They now have 5 front court players. That's the most since I have been following them. I would think that all five expect playing time. Will be interesting to see how it plays out.

College basketball often leads to many twists in players careers. I am somewhat familiar with both players during their initial recruitment when in high school.
Reyes was a top 150 recruit in high school. He was being recruited by a number of high mid-major schools. I was surprised when he chose East Carolina. There, he was limited to the bench as the 8-9th player. He never started, and was limited to a "garbage time" role. He was a top guard in the prep school league in New England. He played as a guard. Since then he has continued to grow, and is now 6-7
Taylor has the body of a man. He grew up in Philly, and played in the top program. Other players from "Imhop" have gone on to play at a high level. He had a season ending ankle injury as a Freshman,, and had his Sophomore season cut short due to his studies.
Both players have the potential to be very good.
