The Bobcats at 3-3 are generally ranked about 270 of the 358 D1 schools.....St Peters is 1-3 and is generally ranked about 180. They have played tough schools such as Providence and VCU on the road. It is probably too early in the season to predict this match-up.....Hopefully a good crowd will show up, for a home advantage.
2 straight games where they got beat badly in the first 5 minutes and then have to try and claw back. it was 11 0 and one point. McGuire was back in action today. I don't know, same stuff as always. Miss a ton of 3's and lose. Whats different from the last couple of seasons? Same players doing the same things. Marfo with 20 rebounds was crazy.
That was a disappointing last five minutes. Turnovers and scoring drought. I new St. Peters would be tough, but the end of the game was disappointing from a team with so much Senior leadership......I'm puzzled as to what the problem is. Coaching? Quality of talent?
It's a combination of both. I have a real hard time blasting college age kids and their coaches know a s load more about basketball then I do so I don't post much. With that being said, who has really improved in the last 3 years? The kids that were turnover prone in their freshmen year still are and shooting has either been the same or regressed. The coaches have a ton of experience but Dunleavy doesn't look like he listens to any of them. Again, I want this team to win so badly but they are tough to watch. I read the boards of all the other teams I follow and they are brutal. I don't want this board to become the negative cesspool that I see for other teams. Luckily it just you and me! I will start the game thread for tomorrow. I have plans tomorrow and won't see the game so post anything of intrest. Cheers.
