Well, that's a tough one. I was hoping URI would do a home and home with Yale
I am a QU alumni, and played two years. B.Sc and M.S. in School of Allied Health.......Was an acquaintance with Joe Di. Put some money into the building......My son went to URI undergraduate, and QU graduate. He captained the sailing team at URI. I put some money in The Ryan Center as well.
Living in Old Lyme, it is quicker to get to Kingston. We've had season's tickets there since my son was a freshman.....I watch the Bobcats on weekends when URI is on the road.
The last time the two met, the Bobcats upset the Rams. The game was in Hamden at the new arena. I think they have only played twice. Big crowd that night. I can't remember who I was rooting for. I think I sat quietly.
URI is rebuilding for 20/21, but many 3 and 4 star recruits. Like the Bobcats, the Rams lost key players to the transfer portal and graduated two other key players.
